easier if you can add an AutoNumber field to your table.
you can then query the Max() of this field to get the latest name.
eg, ID here is the AutoNumber field:

SELECT T1.MaxOfID AS ID,...

don't mixed edit your vba on x86 and x64 mso.
also if the db is made from earlier version, don't edit it in higher version.
doing so will add extra sys tables to your db and most likely won't work...

the easiest way is to make a ComboBox the the Mode of Payment with the rowsource coming from table or Value/List.

then you will only need to use 1 txtAmount textbox.

you need to add squre parenthesis if your table/field has space between them:

strSQL = "SELECT * FROM [Spool Data]"

you don't need to "attached" the attachment to the db.
import the attachments to a folder with filename prefix with otf refno + attachNo.
then the rest is a question, how do you attach it to excel?...

there is subform in the attached.
but now it appears as if it is a textbox.
only one degree can be entered to it (1 on 1).
