Re: 2 x Auto-Incrementing Fields

As others have posted, your real autonumber should be used within your database, not be a "For display" value.

Your format, 19IT”000. looks to be the last to digits of the current year, a two...

Re: Why does autonumber started at 2 with 1 around the middle and 4 in the last?

1 Apple
2...

Re: Checkbox to activate Combo box to then populate textbox - Possible at all? Pls He

From a design standpoint, I'll admit I'd do this a little differently.

I'd have your combo for exchange rates. I'd have the default for it be "", and "" would be an option. Then if you DON'T have...

Re: User Interface Form - Report

To add to what the others have posted, since you will be running a report on this, I'd suggest two additional tables that you will want;

TblAudit-This contains information relevant to a given...

Re: Identify and rename MS Access latest table - SQL

This may sound like an odd question, but why do you need to rename a table? From the format, it looks like you are saving data as part of a table name.

Re: Single Field Form - Best Practice

Having run into it lately, if you DO go with image files your best if they are in .PNG format. I've had issues with non-PNG images not appearing on reports, even if they do show on an image control...

Re: Check box issue

Just to make sure, there is nothing in your table that shows 'Product shipped'.

An easy approach is to record the date the product was shipped. Then you can quickly filter out those records to...

When "Widget Waxing" V2 comes out, they need to take the course all over again.

Re: Degrees and employees

Do you have a list of "Degrees" that you can choose from? if so, I'd have a drop down on it. If not, you should be able to check the DegDate and make sure they don't add two degrees for the same date.

I'd also have them all...
