Re: Calculated Field AfterUpdate Help in Form

Re: Need query for data extraction

You want the TOP 1 date record for each MyID group? MyID eee1 shows same date for both records - is this a correct presentation?

Re: Concatenate Multiple Rows

Change to what text, where should it come from? I don't see why you would need to change the function code.

Re: Creating a breadcrumbs field in VBA

Sounds like a TreeView. It may be available as an ActiveX control. They can be difficult to implement in Access.

Set breakpoints and step debug.

Should that last Else be ElseIf? Or eliminate the If because that condition is the only one possible after the others fail.

What happens if one or both of...

Re: Need help on creating a total in a seperate query column

In design view, click the Totals button on ribbon then build the aggregate query. Switch to SQL view to see the resulting statement. That's one way to learn SQL structure.

Re: DESPERATE - Count help needed

Would just leaving the Year(dateFld) out of the SELECT be as efficient?

SELECT Count(terms) FROM table WHERE Year(dateFld)=Forms!myForm!cboYr AND Month(dateFld) = Forms!myForm!cboMo
Showing results 1 to 25 of 500
