sorry, i am using the Pay Period Start as the basis of calculation. if during the work period the rate has changed, they will have to wait for the next payroll for the new rate to apply.

seqno is not advisable since everytime you download the excel file you will again put the sequence to it, which is not guaranteed to be with the previous one you set.

if it is a Table in excel, just change the formula in one row and it will be populated downward.
