Re: Return field name into array where field is true

Hi. DocumentIssues are those things you were using as checkboxes, and AuditIssues are those checkboxes that you marked as checked in your current audit process. In the new structure, you don't need a...

Re: Return field name into array where field is true

Hi. And if I may... It doesn't matter what you want to have as a user interface for data entry. You should fix the table structure first, then worry about how to present it to the users. So, maybe...

Re: Custom Right Click Menu

Ah, looks like you may be using the wrong command. I think that one is for inserting a new criteria row in the query grid. If you want to navigate the form to a new record, then try using GotoRecord.

Re: Return field name into array where field is true

The "best" way to accomplish what you want to do is to "fix" your table structure. Using data as field names is not the best way to design a database. Each issue should be a record in your audit...

Re: SelLength not working

Okay, if a subform is involved here, then it may be a matter of using the correct syntax. Can you post a sample copy of your db, so we can tell you what syntax you could use?

Re: View in Windows vs Tabs

Depends on what you mean. You can switch it back and forth or just maximize the form when you try it out.

Re: Working with GDrive

Can you post a link to that reference? What do you mean by using XML with Google? Does Google expect an XML file from you? If so, can you also post a copy of the XML file you're trying to use?

Hi. Have you tried going to File > Options > Current Database > Document Window Options > Overlapping Windows?

Re: SelLength not working

Okay, "not working" means what, exactly? Did you get an error? Can you post a sample copy of your db? It might be faster to figure out what you're trying to do, if we could see it.

Re: Working with GDrive

To me, I think the URL address is "wrong." For example, if you used an address like: h ttps://w ww.googleapis.com/auth/drive/files/listfiles.php?user=username&pwd=letmein and it gave you a different...

Re: Working with GDrive

Well, first of all, I am thinking you'll need to find the correct URL to use for your code. At least, if you get a different error, you'll be able figure it out. But with a 404 error, not sure what...

Re: How can I get Access to stop selecting all the text in a text box???

Hi. There could be something wrong with the OP's file, which I didn't try, by the way, but when I did the following on my own ACCDB file, it worked as advertised. Have you tried it and still having...

Re: Using Min as Formula in Query to Find Min values from range of fields

Hi. I agree. Min() is used for evaluating records. To evaluate a series of values, you'll need a custom function like this one (https://www.utteraccess.com/wiki/GetMinArrayValue).

Re: Incremental Numbering on a Continuous Form

Okay, good luck. Please let us know how it goes. But also, please consider what I said about the need to modify the code. If you can live with using 1 as the increment, then you won't have to worry...

Re: Incremental Numbering on a Continuous Form

Hi. Understood and no worries. Although the demo only increments each record by 1, there's no stopping you from modifying it to make it update the records by 10. On the other hand, if you use this...

Re: Working with GDrive

Error 404 is typically a "page not found" error, which usually means a bad URL address. For example, entering
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive/files on my browser's address bar gave me a 404...
