Re: Check boxes to become visible when two values match

I understand that - I assume you have an ordered qty in your orders table and a received qty in your goods received table that links back to your order line id?

That way you can always calculate...

Re: Query - Running slow - Advice needed

In addition to the other recommendations, I would have thought you could apply most of that formatting after the union had been done to avoid formatting every record?

That may well simplify/speed...

I would probably use the split function.
Split("25/12/1" ,"/")
Result "25","12","1"

Re: text box not refreshing with vba code

Re: Calendar View Form

@Maj - That's neat - I looked at doing this for a whole year (For exactly the same use, employee attendance) and thought better of it due to the size issue, but that is useable.

Mind you I have...

Re: Calendar View Form

I think you will struggle to get a whole year on a single access form and view anything on it due to font sizes and actual control sizing etc.

There is also a limit on the number of controls on a...

It's the mice.

They are in collusion with the spiders, who teach them to make webs out of them.

Actually I have just tried this and can confirm that it doesn't appear to work as expected. Which is weird, as I'm convinced I've used the approach before.

Re: Autofill

It's simple to display. Make the control unbound, call it txtProductGroup.
Then set its control source to the control in your main form.
You can duplicate this anywhere in all your subforms.

You don't need that to be stored again in that data if it available in the master record?
If it's visible in the top section why bother repeating it in the subform?

This might be what Pat was...
