Re: Open form from combo box

Bizzarely I think the issue is with the square brackets, try;

DoCmd.OpenForm "Contact Details", , ,"ID=" & Me.Combo288

Re: Composite Key relationship

I think you need a third junction table - tblServer_OpSystems

BUT - I'm confused by the Server ID in tblOsServers is that not unique?

In fact, I'm generally confused by the naming of the tables...

Re: When checkbox checked it shows textbox

You would need to use the on current event as well that fires when you move between records.

Something like

Me.Text1.visible = False

Also your code is overly complicated, I'm pretty sure...

Re: Error "The record source '|' specified on this form or report does not exist"

Re: Use records retrieved from SQL server in an Access Report

Use the view recordset to create a temporary local table?

I think it would help if you could explain why you appear to be using a sledgehammer to crack a small pistachio? ?

Re: Use records retrieved from SQL server in an Access Report

Unless that stored procedure is doing anything clever, why not simply create a SQL view and link that to your database, then use that for your report?

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

Yes - there will be scroll bar properties for that text box, simply set them to none.

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

Set the subform to single form, instead of continuous.

Normally (but not always) a subform is used to enter multiple related records. Hence the ability to see many contacts for a customer for...

Re: Close Queries if no records

In each if>then loop, set a flag to indicate if there no records for that query and add the query name to a string with VbCr after it. Obviously not real code but ;

At the end of all the checks ...

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

Correct. The subform should be a form with the information you wanted on it, placed on the relevant tab page.

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

You need to set the subforms default view to Single Form or Continuous form within the form design, exactly the same as a normal form.

Did you drop the table or the form onto the tab page?

If...

Re: Trying to Count IIF a date formated as "dddd".

I'm assuming [Day] is your calculated dayname field? If so you can't refer to it in the same query in another calculation. Use the weekday() function instead;

Are your dates UK style by any chance?

Try

Worth a read here...

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

You wouldn't default it per se, you would simply look it up from the related record. Once you have it stored once in the correct place you can always "find" it through table relationships.

That...

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

By doing this you will only...

Re: Clearing Multiple Forms using Add New Record button.

Assuming it is the CRM (And I'm not sure it is at this point) you would have the AutoID field and you would call it CrmID. This is known as the Primary Key.

Your...
