Hey Sneuberg, thanks for the ideas. It's failing very quietly. I stepped through the code and there were no errors. I had turned SetWarnings from False to True. I can link to the source database....

I fixed it by doing a User DSN instead of System DSN. I'm not sure why that worked, but it did.

I have some users who just got reimaged. Their linked Access databases stopped working and they were got error messages when they tried to use tables connected to a SQL Server database through ODBC....
