hiya, im trying to create a button my form that will move all 'finished' records from where they presently are, to another table. the button does work, it moves the records into the 'new' table, however it does not DELETE them from the table i moved them from, so now the records are stored in...

would a hidden object cause my forms to disappear? what happens is that i make mt tables, then my forms, save my work, and when i re-open it, my tables are still there but my forms have disappeared! :confused: any ideas??

yes thats it. i currently have roughly 50 calls already stored, some have been dealt with, some still have to be dealt with. is there any way i can filter these 50 records so that the dealt with calls are sent to another table? like a button on my form i can press daily to filter out these...

thanks for your reply, but i dont think you fully understand my problem after i have recorded all the details of the call, i would like to be able to send all the records into another form called "Logged Calls". and for it to be deleted from where i originally put it.. hope this helps...

hey, i have a form that keeps a record of my telephone enquieries at work.. i want to place a button on this form so that, whenever i have successfully dealt with a call, i can click this button and the record will go to a NEW "Logged Calls" form... how can i achieve this? p.s i am very new to...

hiya! i have a database that holds details of calls that have been answered on the phone concerning problems with computers. details that are recorded are caller name, and date of call etc... however, i want to know if there is a way that i can move all calls recorded BEFORE the present date...

Hi all im new to this scene, and ive got a problem with a dissapearing form! im using MS Access in in school here and im using the wizard to create a few basic simple tables, and forms. however my forms keep dissappearing! any ideas as to whats wrong? thanks everyone!
