    Enigma, Enya, Karunesh, Deep Forrest

One of the original members of the group, Avi Kaplan went to high school where I live now. His parents attended the church I go to. The greatest compliment I got about my singing was when Avi's mother said she like my singing (of course we both know I am not in the same category as Avi).

That is an incredible journey. I know people that just went on a small portion of the trail (mostly in the Sierras). It can be very challenging.

    What's your best/worst joke?

I remember those days also. I took classes at a technical school and (at that time) understood the inside of TV pretty well. But CRTs are long gone and all the circuitry with it.

From Tomorrow I am going to stay inside a Forest. For 3 days...

Depends on your forest. Crawling critters (bugs) and snakes can be an issue. Especially since snakes and scorpions like to crawl into shoes and sleeping bags. Weather can also be a concern (hot, humid, cold, wet), be prepared (kinda like a boy scout).

    What's your best/worst joke?

There used to be a show of TV called Hee Haw. There was a segment where they would sing a song with the lyrics "If it weren't for bad luck, I have no luck at all'. I think we can change the lyrics 'If it weren't for bad jokes, I have no jokes at all'. :) By the way, they were pretty famous...

How a Day starts and Ends in UK?

Unfortunately since we are raising a grand daughter (about 17 months old). Here is how our routine normally goes. Wake up between 1 and 3 am to give her some milk, get her back to sleep in 30 to 45 minutes. Lay awake in bed for the next 30 minutes to 2 hours. Get up at 5:30. Get to work at...

    Starting Memorial Day off right

All sounding good. I cooked some pork ribs on Memorial Day. Unfortunately I got the ribs from the store far later than I wanted to, so I was not able to properly marinate them. Still came out pretty decent.

    Odd table issue.

So we have a FE/BE database that has an MS-SQL BE. In the past few days we have had it were one table was showing all the rows as #Deleted (in Access). They use Windows Authentication for rights to the database. I downloaded SSMS to see if the user had rights to the database and table and...

The price of homes is going up quickly around here. Hopefully I can take advantage of it next year as I plan to retire and move out of the state.
