I did have some errors in my documentation. I really believe this reduce typo. I really like the way it looks so far.

Now this is exactly what I'm looking for. Once a a 2-year period is done for staff llicensed to certain bldgs I can do away with all trainings from their log once their 2 yr has past. I've had to go into every individual staff to go through each log and delete accordingly. took so much time.

I'm in a pretty good place now with school startup and licencing for a couple sites are complete. Just waiting for confirmation that everything went well. so now I can concentrate on getting this database get up and going. I will need to update all trainings from my most up to date excel...

I was thinking I could add the information of the waivered table to the Program Table. Waivered Table isn't that big and I can get the information I need in a query.

You asked what is does Program mean. It is actually the classroom identification for that staff person. there are several staff who would not have that due to staff who do not work in a classroom or staff who are "floaters" or AN(as needed) who are not assigned to 1 particular classroom.
