I am, but to make matters worse, I wanted to place a different single column subreport on the left of the main report and the 3 column one next to it I never do things easy😉

When I view in report view it displays the results in portrait but in print preview, it displays the results in landscape which is what I want, however when the subreport is positioned with a left margin, that margin appears on all three records Back to the drawing board!!

Hi Pat, I’m not good in describing criteria’s and in this instance, the status field is simply text, I should have used other words as true & false have other uses I’ve managed to solve my issue with the update query thanks, I now move on to next stage I’m sure I’ll have more questions later😬
