I think i will have to just export the data into excel and format it to a certain level. Other wise i tried using a manual crosstab query but it was just blogging up the report more than the conventional one i used before. Any last minute ideas are awaited.

No no no, thanks neileg and Len Boorman but your ideas kept me lingering about my db normalisation scheme which was not worth the time spent. The only thing i had to do was to change my query to look as in the image.That gave me the results i wanted.
