Data entry is set to no and Allow additions is set to yes. I don't understand why it has suddenly stopped accepting new form pages - it can't have reached max at 138 records?!

I have a database with 138 records so far. I am trying to add new records by form but although the information goes in to the table, a new form will not create. As soon as I exit the database the new form info disappears and goes back to only 138 records (even tho it has stored in the table)...

Yes, it's listing all the fields and which table they are based on eg [donor contact details] [name]

No - it didn't work because my form is based on two tables, one with the contact details and one with donation reports.

It says 'SELECT DISTINCT ROW'. It should be set up on the table so I will select this and see if it works!

I have created a text box entitled 'Notes' which I want to be open-ended i.e. able to put as many notes on as possible, but the text box is only allowing a certain amount of characters (a very small amount and no use at all!) - how can I unlimit the text area? I have seen the options re growing...
