    It does - thanks. Any suggestions - how about a subtable? Can you do a subtable from the same table. My form is created by tbl_DCR can I create a subtable of tbl_DCR and get just that field entry?

If I set it to three, I get three columns, one with a list of names and the other two are blank. I can't get the list to wrap...
