Sorry, one other thing. The new PowerSum column is a good idea but I wonder if it's possible to have these totals, aswell as the load totals in the same column. My idea would be to add to the code, some way of making PowerSum equal to Power for all terminal nodes. Do you know how to do this...

Thanks heaps Wayne, That appears to be pretty good. One thing I'm noticing though is that the L1 load coming directly of the main MSB1, is being added twice. I think this is because it is being counted as a terminal node aswell as a load directly off the level. Do you know how to fix this...

I have a report which is sorted by Level_No. If I have summed a total for say Level_No 3, then can I use this result when I sum a total in Level_No 2? For example, the result of Level_No 2 may include certain values as well as the total from Level_No 3.

Sorry Pat, The problem was fixed the way you suggested, it was just that I had two tables that both used the number, and I changed the wrong one. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your response. I tried doing what you suggested , but the zero keeps coming up in the query, but not the table. I also tried setting the default value to "Null" but that got the same result. Is there anything I can toggle in the actual query?
