    Windows 11 🤬

You could open Explorer, set a folder with any kind of sort and view you want, open option, tab view and click "Apply To Folders". The default view for all folders would change to what you've selected. I don't even remember when was the last time I right clicked a file to copy/paste. Even in...

    AI-generated lawyer

My understanding is that AI wasn't meant to be the lawyer. The defendant was representing himself. He had asked the court to use a video because he couldn't speak for long. The AI was reading the text it was given. It was a only a presentation.

    AI-generated lawyer

A 74-year-old man used an AI-generated lawyer in court—and the judge wasn’t impressed. Jerome Dewald submitted a video to the New York Supreme Court featuring an avatar named “Jim” making legal arguments on his behalf, claiming he had difficulty speaking for long periods. What he didn’t...

Again my apologies. When you speak a foreign language there's a good chance for misunderstanding based on different cutlers. Something that's not rude in my language, may be offensive for others. I think it's one of those cases. Again, I'm really sorry if it wasn't the correct way to say what I...

I said dedicted server. not OS version. In production environments (specailly with high workloads) SQL server should not be installed on a machine that is used for other tasks. At least it's how I've been told and learned. I maybe wrong. Ok. I stop here. It's my last word on it.

Some insights from our IT: Even though two PCs have the same code page set to 932 (Japanese, Shift-JIS), the font used in VBA's Immediate window or text controls might be different depending on: Windows display language and regional settings This affects the default UI font, and possibly the...

I was concerned with the effect. Not that it's that important, but ChrW(8230) is middle aligned, while dot is bottom aligned. I really don't know which one is correct. I had a feeling it should be bottom, but I may be wrong though.

@GPGeorge I really didn't expect this from you. Because you can doesn't mean you should. Yes, I have sql server express on all my machines too. But it's only for my tests. and I'm sure both of you are using it for your tests too, not running a live project on your organization or your office...

Yes, I wish too. There are thousands and thousands of posts of users who try to change the height, but no one, neither from Access team nor Office team says a word. Access team could at least answer somewhere it's not within their limits. As I said before, the height of title bar was just an...

But you can not install it anywhere you want. According to documents, you need a dedicated server. and you know better than anybody else that managing and maintenance of a SQL server is on a different level. I see some other suggestions by other members like using several BEs, etc. but all of...

Yes, I saw that. I meant a lot of users prefer the current problems being solved before adding anything. If you google "microsoft access Thick Title Bars" you'll see how many users are suffering from the height of titlebar. I know a lot of users that have stopped updating office to keep the...
