Thanks for the post. That is not what I am looking for. With Access 2007 you can now have documents attached using the attachment field. When I set up a report to include the attachments, all I get is the file icon. When printing the report I would need to print out the attachments. Toz

Hi, Looking to have a report which opens and prints the attachments when printing the report. Not just having icons on the report. Help. Thanks Toz
