If I simply remove the "As String" at the end, does VBA consider them variables? Would that cause any issues? It doesn't seem to in this case.

I should mention that the back end is on separate server and not on my PC. The speed is definitely slower on the server but, I have other databases that work fine on it. That said, it may be part of the issue. Not sure.
