    Bitcoin?

The government by printing fake "OBs" totally undermines that concept. The books can never be balanced. (Inflation can be considered a (destructive) method of balancing.)

Food for thought and maybe not for eating?

Great idea. Its been many years since Coke switched to High-Fructose Syrup, but My recollection is that cane sugar Coke tasted much better. Something else too. Coke switched from glass to cans and I've been wondering ever since whether that was also a factor in Coke not tasting as well.

    Trump Indictment

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/new-york-judge-sets-trump-sentencing-days-before-inauguration This case against Trump is totally bogus. Merchan should cut his credibility (as a judge) losses and simply drop the case. Based on what I have read and heard, this case will be tossed on appeal and...

Could You Survive a Carrington Event?

There is an old admonition that I'm about to butcher. Some people are evacuating a village because of a barbarian attack. One guy was gathering up the gold at the village to haul it away. Another villager noticed and remarked: Why are you collecting the gold? You won't be able to eat it!"

    Drone Hysteria

The truth behind the drone hysteria has been exposed! 😲 It's a false flag operation that is meant to sensitize us to the existence of intergalactic aliens. 👾:alien: According to Greer there will be a "big" press release on this in the coming weeks. Shouldn't have to wait to long then. Hopefully...

    Reading Between the Lines

A great Christmas gift for diehard DOS enthusiasts. Very interesting article to read has some interesting links too. Some masochistic people (with plenty of free time) just don't give-up. DOS lives!:) https://www.theregister.com/2024/12/23/svardos_drdos_reborn/

    Drone Hysteria

What people are seeing, could it be one of these? ;););) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_Martin_SR-72 There is a minor problem. Evidently the drone is capable of speeds around 15,000 MPH. At that speed, it would be difficult to observe. Also, I doubt the drone would fly at low altitudes.

Could You Survive a Carrington Event?

Quite true, but there is corresponding theme. https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2024/12/13/out-of-meme-magic-gamestop-announces-widespread-store-closures/ One person, commenting on this article, made a very insightful comment: "Following in Blockbuster's footsteps. Microsoft removes the ban

Well, I gave it a try. I received the successful install confirmation, but it would not launch. Oh well.:( Just continue to boot into Windows and work from there.

    Corrupt judge

The fact that this judge was pardoned, speaks to the corruption and lack of ethical/moral standards of the Biden administration. In fact, you can extend this lack of ethical/moral standards to all members of the Democratic party. They have used lawfare and the power of the state in an attempt to...

    Drone Hysteria

Paranoia, would not seem to be the appropriate word in this case. If one has a case of paranoia, one would be inclined to take action (without full knowledge) because of a perceived threat and the illusion that action is necessary for self-defense. This is more of a case of "analysis paralysis"...

    Microsoft removes the ban

https://itsfoss.com/windows-like-linux-distributions/ The obvious downside, MS Access won't be available. There are a several programs that allow you to run Windows programs under Linux. One is bottles, also see the article below. I use bottles to successfully run some Windows games. I have not...

    Drone Hysteria

The drones seem very prolific. Breeding like flies. Spreading to Germany, now California. It's the end of the world!🫣 . .
