    Gun laws do they work

I suppose it was a reply, there's something sick about allowing this time after time after time. Yes there's individual negligence here, there's also collective negligence in allowing the circumstances to arise.

Free speech surely must allow for those with less money to be heard with a similar volume too. Cant imagine that the original intention was to make those who could pay, have the loudest voice. Seems the US is lost in more literal translations of its constitution, which are no longer as relevant...

    Store in Rows or Columns

Sorry I meant if all KPIs where in one row, would one column be filled in, ie the main row has a date field, it implies that a new row would be added for a new date when another KPI column would be filled in. So you would end up with multiple columns and row for each project. Adding new KPIs...

Its tough being a carer, with no kids to offer help. Mostly dry jest, Col doesn't solely target the US btw. But he does get his biggest rise there.

Commentator on UK TV said this, public wants some move on the issue, but both republican and democrats are paid off by gun lobby - so it wont happen. Said you needed reform of political funding.

Your take on guns to me seems so much more sensible than the NRA. If you don't mind me saying some of your reasons why , social security, machoism seem very akin to what the guy in the Aussie paper said in my post a few back. I'm intrigued if the US is a violent as you say. I live in a "big"...

    Store in Rows or Columns

Would each row have just one of the KPIs filled in for each entry. Ie KPI A done on 1/1/2000 for project 1 Ie KPI B done on 1/1/2001 for project 1 and different project have different KPIS, maybe KPI A can be done many times for project 1. I'm definately leaning towards rows as more flexible.

Yes the favouring possession over life, doesn't seem to have any evidence behind it , just a stab in the dark. Maybe too many people relying on 2k old book and 2C old constitutions , was what he meant by immature.

I would go that's far - or soon occupied Palestine will all be a Jewish state , and that cant be right either. The difference maybe that theres a very definite world order of whether Israel has rights to Palestine. One ignored, and allowed to be ignored though.

Yes - but didn't stop Minorca then having a funny history thereafter. Just using the example, so as to show much American land has been gained by a similar route.
