    We have a high turnover of staff and a lot we have now will not be here by the end of next year! At the end of this year it gets moved again to 2005. Also my tables are linked in from other system so I'm not sure about running an update query, but thanks

    I have a report based on a query that gives me the length of service of our employees grouped by month, however my problem is that it is partly based on an end date but if the employee is still with us they will have a default date of 31/12/04. What I would like to do if possible is treat this...
