I have set the order in the query which works fine and on the sorting and Grouping section of the report I have set the sort order to Descending

nope, it still does it, I have changed the field name and everything

They are in a Date/Time Field and I have experimented with the formatting to see if that makes any difference

The page break tool will allow you to stop the page and add an additional page to the report. I have a manual handling database and the back page of each report is a brief guide to manual handling. This is in fact a screen capture and is embedded as a picture file on the back of each report.
