Any suggestions on how to combine employee and training reports onto one so that if I have an auditor come in and ask for an individual's training record everything would be in one report insted of two? I have been trying to figure this one out since last week and I am not getting anywhere.

I will give it a try it was really wierd I had all the same setting as in the one you sent me but it still ended up giving me a blank page at the beginning. It will work. I am just fine tuning now to how I want it to be displayed.

The data is still showing up in the form and I have made the required changes you have suggested. Problem has been resolved that you to everyone who helped me on this problem.

I have a form with a subform this wouldn't change anything because I have created a qry called terminated but the data still shows up inside the form.

I have been working on a database that has a field called terminated (y/n) How do I archive the old records so they do not show up on the form list? I also want to keep these records for a year and then have them deleted. Any suggestions would be grately appreciated.

I have been able to get the report to print but it still has the next employees name on it. Can I do a pg break between names so that I am only getting one name? If I enter in any employee ID number and preview it the screen is blank. I only get data from the first page when I print preview

For my report I have done what you have suggested but I think that I have gotten something mixed up. I have used the brackets but the error I get is that I have an extra ) in EmpID so I currently have them taken out of the equation but I am still getting the error.
