Agree with you there and also the price I cited is for agriculuture purposes, i.e no permit for house building. If it's an CU terrain ( permit for construction), you're closer to some €15/m2, which equals approx. $82K/acre.
I think that can be done. Once you've imported your data in Access, go to your table > Yes/no field and change the format of that field to True/False in lieu of Yes/No.

Which gives me something like 100 K for 3 acres. That's approx. 70K € for
some 12.000 m2. Last year we bought 12.200 m2 next to our house for some 18.000 €. Looks like the land in France is cheaper than in Georgia :rolleyes:

I would suggest making two listboxes.
Base listbox one on a query , something like this :
SELECT Table1.Field1
FROM Table1
WHERE (((Table1.Field1)<="h*"))
ORDER BY Table1.Field1;
and another query for listbox 2 like :
SELECT Table1.Field1
FROM Table1
WHERE (((Table1.Field1)>"h*"))
ORDER BY...
