Dropbox - Combo Box, you click the little arrow that is pointing down and it gives you a list of choices, in this case names. Attached are the screenshots.

It is a drop box, linked to another query, based off the original table.

I have created a form to fill in the criteria of a query. When I close the form, a new record is created with the last criteria. How do I set the form to use current record, and not create any new ones when I close the form? :)Thank you in advance.

Ya, that didn't work for me. I was able to create an expression in each query to combine the first and last names, so the criteria only asks for the full name now, instead of two different criteria boxes. Each query/report only asks for one criteria each now. But I still can't figure out how...

I think I understand, for an example I would have to create a form will all my employees First and Last Names. How do you get the query to check the form for the info? Thank you for your help.

I have created a macro that will open six reports. Each report gives a prompt for definition criteria, such as First Name? and Last Name? How do I get it so when I run the macro, I only have to enter the defining info only once, instead of six times individually?:)
