Okay, finally got everything figured out and the stupid thing is running the way it should. I eventually wound up scrapping all the auto-generated fields and just wrote a huge query in VBA proper, which is what I probably should have done to begin with; serves me right for trying to cut corners...

Huh, I'll have to keep that in mind for the future... One less step to complicate things. Unfortunately it still isn't working, which makes me think something is more wrong here than I originally guessed. I think I'll scrap my current approach and come at this from a new angle. Thanks!
