    HTML Books

I learned about 1-1/2 years ago and the one I used was kind of silly (almost kid like) but worked really good for me as I have the mind of a 2nd grader. It is called "Head First HTML with CSS and XHTML" by Eric & Elizabeth Freeman. Now if you have an old site you may have tables to deal with...

It's been good to know you

I am very sorry to hear that. I am a very big believer of the "When one door closes, another one opens' attitude myself as it has always worked out that way for me. The transistion going from on door to the other was NERVER fun though. Good Luck, I'm sure we'll see you around sooner than you...

    American Football in London

Hey you guys, quit pickin' on us Americans! I was thinking as a gift towards better relations with the UK I am going to give you the NFL. That's right it's yours, have fun with it, but please be careful as some of our Football players are prone to being a bit naughty at times. I would go so far...

    SQL Server course

I started with Access and have been transitioning to MySQL and for me my background in Access has helped very much. Like most Access users/developers I was using the QBE to make my queries and it helped me visualize what was happening with the joins and relationships. And then I discovered that...

    OK, I found... Function Concat(myRange As Range, Optional myDelimiter As String) Dim r As Range Application.Volatile For Each r In myRange Concat = Concat & r & myDelimiter Next r If Len(myDelimiter) > 0 Then Concat = Left(Concat, Len(Concat) -...

Concatenate all cells in row A

I have values in column A and I would like to concatenate all thiose values into B1. So that all the values from column A are combined in one cell (b1). I would imagine it would be using VBA (which I do not know, but am willing to give it a go) and would use a "foreach" loop. Any help would...

input text box with go button

HTML will not pass data. You will need a server that runs ASP or PHP (other options are availible) and then you can either write your own script to pass the data to email or enter it into a database or whatever. You can also find php (as an example) templates for such task. Good luck!

    Help with online store.

osCommerce is the right price...FREE. I have only played with it, but it is very popular and seems to have all you need. It is done in PHP/MySql and so you can customize it to fit your look and functions. It also has some pretty good support (message boards) out there. If that particular...

    Search Page with Access db

I think you will get a lot faster response by posting this in the MS Access queries area. But basically you hae to tell it to search the selected catagory (which is what you've done), but then you have to show all records if field is Null (""). And that makes it a query question as this...

    Linking Cells in Different Workbooks

I could be wrong, but here's how I understand that whole thing... You can reference any sheet/workbook you want, but you must have the other worksheet open when you do the update and then depending on the formula/function you are using should be able to pass text values. "Sumproduct" is the...
