Doc_Man, The shared data is housed on a Novell File Server with lots of RAM. ( 512Mb or 1Gb I think. ) The web access to the data is a Win2000 Server box that connects to the Novell Server via ODBC. By what I have read, these are NOT the bottle neck. Is that correct ? JohnW63
