    Got it....it has VB for Applications MS Access 10.0 Object OLE Auto ActiveX Data Word 10.0 Object and Office 10.0 Object These are on my PC, the one that works fine. I went to one of the machines with the problems and it said MISSING: Word 10.0 Object Library. How do I fix that?

    1) When XP users open the database it gives them some security warning because of the macros. Does anyone know how to fix that? 2) When merging w/word it works great for me but on some machines, it simply opens word and nothing happens. YIPES!

    WOHOO! GOT IT! THANKS SO MUCH for your help!!!!! Do you have time for one more question? I need it to total Text97 for the whole report. I have a box on the bottom of the report that says =Sum([Text97]) but now it when I view it, it asks me what Text97 is? Wierd!

    Yup, I tried that but it's still not showing up. It is included in the total hours calculation and the overtime pay is calculating off of it which also calculates into the net check. If they have 48 hours for example, it's working great but they guy who only has 10 hours for the week is...

    GOT IT BUT....if the value is 0 it's not showing anything and messing up other things calculating off that field, for example total hours. If have... =IIf([Text97]<0,0,[Text97]) How do I make it display 0.00 if the value is less than zero? Now it is just blank.
