create your combo box using the wizard and choose the option of "find a record on my form based on what i select in my combo box" you should get some where with that

error on the insert to statement that it contains an unknownfield 'TAG'

It generates error message saying TAG cannot be referenced

check the home bar on the ribbon you'll see the filter tool to use in filtering your data hope that helps
