Changing pointer icon like web page hyperlinks do

Is it possible on a form (not a page) to have the pointer item change when over an image just as happens on hyperlinks in web pages? I have been messing about with the hourglass option in macros with "on mouse move" event as a possibility but this would need some form of loop to keep it...

Restricting a date that is input

The weekday worked a treat, thank you very much. I seem to spend more time trying to get the syntax for validation to work at form level than I do for any other part but this worked first time

This must be basic but it's got me beat

Quick response Fizzio!! I had better explain what I am trying to do more and then you can say whether I am barking mad or not. I wish to record the name and address of all customers in my main table. This table also has a straightforward sequential number on it. These customers can be registered...

This must be basic but it's got me beat

I have 2 tables, tbl_main and tbl_sub. Both are linked by a number field. On my form over tbl_main, I would like to put all my tbl_main fields and just one field from tbl sub and display the relevant data frm tbl_sub based on the link. I know I can do it by inserting a subform but I only want 1...

Conditional fill colour of a rectangle

Damn..tried overlaying but it won't let you have a transparent fill as the default fill within the condition. So, one box hides the others. Back to the drawing (colouring) board I think

Conditional fill colour of a rectangle

Thanks Fizio, this works fine..up to a point. Can only get 3 conditions per textbox so I will have to overlay other unbound boxes on the report until I can get the full 0 to 9 range. Thanks once again

Help in the right direction with dates please

Hi Hayley. Thanks for your help here. This option you suggested will list all records as the start date is always between startdate and enddate. I tried it and the option to input criteria doesn't come up, it just runs. A typical record may contain start date as 1 january and enddate as 20...

    Print button

I find the standard print button next to useless, being that it does not give the user the option of which printer to choose. I would like to have a button on the toolbar that does the equivalent of FILE/PRINT or Ctrl P but do not know how to assign this command to a custom button. Any help...
