so i should make four new querys, the first three based on my tables and the forth containing the actual equation? is this right? also what will i need to put in where in each of these new querys?

i need to get a query running that allows me to add up the contents of two tables, then have the total of a seperate table subtracted from the first total (the two tables). for example: Donations + Funds - expensis

after the last problem got sorted a new one has risen straight away :mad: :( :mad: i need to be able to draw information from three of my tables (this involves the adding up of two of my tables fields and then having the remaining table's field subtracting fom this) and then for the results...

i think we are nearly there... ive put MonthName: Format([YourDateField],"mm") into a new field title and also put [enter month number] into criteria (this is in the same column)...its still not working...i can feel that we are so very nearly there :p
