I would check the height of the rows in the sub-form and the height of the text-boxes and get then to match for starters. Then maybe try increasing the font size of the text-boxes if needed. Hope this helps.

Have you tried turning off the echo and Set Warnings before you run the query and then turn them back on after the query is run. I like to beep before exiting the macro just to know that the macro completely ran. Just a thought.

It is a little hard to picture exactly what you are trying to do without seeing it, but to get a query to ask for a date just enter this in the criteria of the date field: [ Enter Date to Search] In the query you would have the Date and probably the StaffName and anything else you need to check...
