    Hi Thats what relationships and queries are for. Table B will not display Employee ID Name, but a query can. Create a query, and add both tables. Then make a relationship between both Id Numbers. Check the video tutorials on General,Tables and Queries. A world will open for you.

    You do not need to create a new report. Just add the new field in the report. Or delete the field from your report that is removed from your query.. The report is based on the query, so field names should be the same in your report. Go to Report design view, and make adjustments.

    Mark a Thread as "Solved"

    The idea is great, will be very nice to have. How about including another feature: mark thread as "Reply in process". Anybody who is preparing a reply, marks the thread as such. That will prevent "double replies". Also it gives info to the requestor, that his/her problem is being worked on.
