Memo with date
Seem to be having a brain fade here, I have spent all day trying to figure this out. I am trying to add notes to one of my forms with a date stamp. The form will be viewed every week so new notes will be added with new date stamp any ideas of the best way to do this. Thanks in advance Kim -
