Can the output of a query be e-mailed to someone and then be able to use the query in their db. without sending the entire .mdb file?

It is a select query.

We have 6 users using 4 different PCs on a network. They are not changing the order. Would there be any other possible reason like sorting and saving that could be causing ths to happen??

What causes columns in a query to change the order in which they are displayed when you reopen the query. This happens occasionally and not isolated to one PC. Qrackerman
