I have a query which outputs to Excel. The results show projects for Project Managers. I then check the data for non conformity and hightlight it. I then want to send the Excel sheet only to Project Managers who projects dont comply.

Not 100% sure how to do this but I would look to do something like set a count field up to count the number of orders and then grow the detail section appropriate to the count by cm.
I'm sure some one will offer a better way!

I'm a little confused as to where the syntax such as dots and with statements should be used when I attempt to control excel from access.
Especially when I want to format excel cells.

You can use the following as the last line of the crosstab sql query:
PIVOT YOURMONTH In ("1","2","3","4","5","6","7","8","9","10","11","12");
This will fix a twelve month period.
They both use VBA in the newer versions so the answer is yes and i bet there are plenty of links here related to the populating the Outlook Object Model!

Does the contract state the expected response times for loading a form? or are you offering any SLA with the app?
If not then there is scope to increase your earnings by offering to investigate the performance problems and offer resolutions?
There are a couple of things you could do, such as place or use an existing field on the main form to determine which sub form is allowed edits or visible?
e.g
You enter data onto the main form and the sub form frmAirOrder is visible because a field met criteria.

One point to note is that for example you may have 10 calls for a P1 and 9 of these calls were resolved under 10 mins BUT you the other call took 4 hours. Therefore your average will be distorted by this outlier. Maybe using the median would be better and then create an exceptions...
Group by customer, place the data in the detail and add a page break OR you could group by Customer then Orders, place the first lot of data in the Customer header and then set force new page before section on the Customer.
