the +1 feature will not work because I have another form which adds the date without the time stamp into the same field. So I might have 10 total records 4 with times, 6 without. I see what you are saying, but it is a Gov reg that I have to provide this and I have to know they get it. Stupid but part of the business. I do have a website where they can look up this info themselves, but I still have to manually give them a copy.

fine how about this... can I make a form with my 900 clients listed... add a button to print that same report for that company only... set my page setup in that report to staple all pages... then have a macro that will open that form, print the report for client one, then go to the next record...

I see what you are saying and thought about something like that, but do not want to have to do that more than 900 times, once for each client. I am thinking the same thing with the staple option is set at the printer level not within access, I was simply hoping there maybe something I did not...

That seems like a lot of work on the user end. Right now they launch the report with the click of a button. They can then click on the Word icon at the top which will then convert the report out of the database to a Word doc on their end. I just want to take out the one extra step of them...
