im getting the msgbox emails have been sent but it is then opening outlook with nothing in the to bit.... im testing it to my email address and im getting nothing through either! so its not sending the email but going through the code to get to the msgbox

there is two ways that would suit what im supposed to do
1. open outlook from access passing all the addresses in the subform into...

Im not having any luck with this eh! I keep getting asked to create a new email account and it asks for the pop3 address etc i dont know this, if i cancel that then the email is opened but nothing goes into the TO: section!!!! :(

in the on click event of my email button is there somehow i can get it to look at every single email address in the subform and stick it in the Bcc of...
thats just for one and not mass :( click on the text box to see that it keeps asking me to set up an email account... im not sure how to do the pop 3 bit either??
so far i can make a button start outlook and send a message to a set email address! worked that bit out with some of the things i read in here! still no further than that yet!
i have been reading all the email related things i found by doing a search but they all start with error msges. cant find any that havent got a clue how to start outlook. im getting send object but dont know how to use it! :(

what happens is, in frmSelect2Email there is the combo box... this has the list of all the types from tblContacts. (my client wants to email by TYPE to construction companies or IT companies etc...construction and IT being my TYPE) so you SELECT say IT from the combo and the subform displays all...
