Kidrobot. Yes I do work with 60 year olds, some are disabled and some have sight problems. You see my reason for asking? In future son, think about what you say.

I don't get this! Yes you can stretch the tick box size, but the tick still remains the same size! Also, I am unable to change the font size of the tick box as the font and font size selector is blanked out. Is it me?

How do you format the numbers in a data table in a chart to show say 2 decimal places. I've done this OK in the underlying query but the printed (or previewed) chart displays up to 9 decimal places. :confused: Thanks

Not quite sure what you're after here. The options in a combo box are either typed in by the user or from a table or query. Think you may need to set up a query to filter the data. A better explaination would help.

Let me explain this better. I have in a main form, a subform, pivot chart view. Users change the selection criteria on the pivot chart. The view changes to reflect this new selection. The user clicks on a command button on the main form to fire off a report again with the pivot chart embedded...

Open the "Other" tab on the field properties. You can set the tab order on here and prevent the cursor stopping on selected fields. Open the "Data" tab and you can lock fields to prevent changes.

On a form I need to esure that if [Field1] = "Condition1" then [Field2] = "Condition2" and the user can not navigate from the record or close the form until the above conditions are true. Question is where should the Event Procedure sit to ensure this happens? Thanks
