This worked like a charm but for some reason it seems to be rounding. Example item numbers 160,170,180 etc it puts with the 200 group. Any ideas how to fix this ?? Alfred67

ooop's sorry not sure what happened Not sure what you mean by update?? Payment Quantity will have values(amounts) that are within the dates but need to be changed to zero when queried outside the dates. Hmmm hope I did confuse thing?? Alfred67
