Wont you have to update the client application if your updating a query definition within the app?

You might want to give your data some id's first. so there is a relationship between rows. First append the address data to the new table. Then link the new table to a query which pulls a dataset filtering on dates only. You can then update the new table with the dates you want to extract.

are you sure its overwritting and not appending to the existing spreadsheet?
