I think the problem is around the relationships. Have just run the table analyser which has split the tables futher and it seems to have worked. Querry is now working. Just got to sort which tables are which now. Thanks for quick response. Trev:)

I have a six table database and have a query to show all records,(at the moment) but although i have put 3 records in for testing it only shows the first record. Any help gratefully recieved i'm pulling hair out.:mad:

I am trying to develop a database using access where users on our intranet can make entries. However It would be nice to be able to validate their username against Active Directory before as they hit the submit button. From a newbie

multi-column list box The list concerns cattle or sheep movements and a flock of sheep can run into hundreds which would mean a lot of scrolling. the intention is to make it a muliti-select but display a large quantity at a time before scrolling. Trevor

I would like to be able to split the items in a list box over say 4 columns so the user can then make thier multiple selections from it. E.G 100 items, 4 columns of 25. I have looked through the Forums but haven't found any thing can anyone help Pleassssssse!!!! :rolleyes: Trevor
