I have changed my checkboxes to an Option group now, and have successfully started to get this to work.... is there a way of having more than 20 options available, i have 23 lines of machines and i can only choose the 20 from the option group menu.

how can i set up my form so that if i enter a date range and tick one of the boxes it runs the relevant report, the data range thing isn't an issue, i know that bit... but i need to know how to know that if checkbox1 is selected it will run the report for that. i am aware that i will need...

i have found a databse on the net, that does kind of what i need it to do, but i would like to view the table structure etc.... but when i open the file it boots up straight away. so i thought i would try the left shift bypass, but this just opens the database window up, and shows no contenet...

i have done this in the past, but i am looking for the method on how i did this, does anyone know where i can get the instructions code etc, to do this again please. so if i right click on a database file i am given the option to compact the file from the desktop. hope this makes sense. Andy

i have a combo box on my form and the data displyed in the box, is to big to fit on the page in one single list is it possible to have this data displyed in columns when the combo box is accessed.

i have tried the link and it sort of explains it but not..... i am trying to filter using two week numbers so i have tried the following: between [week number start] and [week nmber end] i just keep getting a box appear saying that access doesn't recognise my field.

i have a tbl called tblevent which stores : daycodes, eventcodes, durations of stops etc.... i am trying to generate a report that will identify the total duration by week the amount of downtime that has occurred for each eventcode... i believe i have done this, but what i want it to do now...
