I am still trying to create a report that shows one record per page, with each record consisting of about 50 fields. I've tried the suggestion of starting with creating a report using just a few of the fields and then adding in fields a couple at a time. I am relatively new to creating reports...

I have been away from the computer & Access and am just getting back on now. I like the suggesting of creating it without all the fields and then adding more fields to it.

Correct, the report wizard will not allow it (too many fields).

Thank you. Actually, I clumsily asked that question. I cannot even create a report b/c there are too many fields. Any ideas how I can do that?

I had this Adobe program accessible (as a tab) in my Access 2007. After an error message and shut down, that capability (and tab!) has now disappeared. Any suggestions how to get it back?
