    Just a thought here... Could your form not be saving the dates you have selected as your parameters before running the query for the report and therby finding null data for one of the parameters? May need to do a save before opening report...

    Try this to prevent the auto print: DoCmd.OpenReport DocName, acPreview, , RptWhere Word should be opening upon output because of your "True" at the end of your OutputTo line. May need to try "RichTextFormat(*.rtf)" in place of acFormatRTF. Or you may be catching an error with your filename...

    Okay... Assuming your sub-report is based on a query, add a field to your query with a set value (i.e. Hold: "a"). Then on the sub-report, create a group set on "Hold" with a header. Set header to repeat section and you should be cooking with gas!:D

    Rotating the image before saving it is a little more user-intensive than what I was hoping for - picture the people at the counter at the DMV doing this for each ID / License they make... that's pretty much where I'm at. Any other possibilities?? Thanks though - appreciate any and all...

    I managed to rotate all of my text just peachy for side 2 of my ID badge printing report - however... The sig image (image stored in the table) needs rotated 90 degrees as well. The rotation I used for the text (label) fields will not work on the image. Any suggestions here would be GREATLY...
