Dennis, Thanks, I have since my posting found the sub form layout will probably be better for my application and it seems to work. I still cant get linked forms to function though!. It will be great to have your thoughts why as I will run into this again so I attach this part of my db. Thanks...- Trevor Howard

I need to enter data into two tables using two linked forms (“Goods In” form and a linked “Products” form). My primary key is grnID in “Goods In” & foreign key is grnID in “Products”.
