I have several hundred names and address with phone numbers that I would like to print like a phone book. example each page would have 2 colums, the first colum would be "A's" and the second colum would be "W's". Can someone help me with this? I could really use some help!!

I would like to use a combo box in a form to select a persons last name. I would then like to have access to enter in the same form the persons first name and phone number. What would be the best way to do this???
