What if we have DIV/0! inplace of "0" how would we write this in the formula?

Here it is, it is going to be confusing, it is a weighted average: =(H7*(0.2)+J7*(0.05)+L7*(0.1)+N7*(0.25)+P7*(0.15)+R7*(0.1)+T7*(0.15))

How can we incorporate this formula if we already have a formula in the total cell (a6)?

This is close. How do we calculate the ranking if we have "0" in one of the cells, but we do not want to include the "0" as part of the ranking. Currently the formula calculates the "0" in the ranking.

They are actual numbers, the numbers only have one decimal place. ex 4,610.256 (4,610,256)

I don't think that will work. Some numbers are 100's (0.125)

Is there away to convert decimal places as 1,000s? My numbers are currently 15.031 (which is 15,031).

yes, the file is typically same number of rows and columns, it can change if we add a new department number, but this is rare.
